How to install touchpad/mouse drivers after Windows 10 anniversary Update 2016 [Tutorial]

For mouse do I download synaptics mouse driver? I had accidentally removed the HIDUSB driver from my mouse and replaced it with linusb. I had tried deleting the mouse and the driver to reset it to HIDUSB, but it never resets. Will synaptics solve my issue?

So, uh, apparently. I deleted my 'mouse' on Device Manager. I accidentally deleted it though. Now I can't use my touchpad or my mouse to play games! I have to use my touchscreen, and it's hard. Please fix!! :(
