Price Adjustment /Escalation

can you please share calculation for revised weightages of items with an example for an understanding.

Minimum weightage of each cost element to be considered for Price
Adjustment shall be 3% but you have mentioned that price adjustment is applied on items having cost impact of 3%. i think it is a wrong interpretation.
