I've just come across this video. I'm similar in stature/weight so this is going to help me a lot ready for my 3 Peaks Challenge this summer!

I am the heaviest I have been in my life at 230lbs. In my 30s. Want to get back down to the weight I was a decade ago, around 150lbs. I have found that coffee helps a LOT. no sugar, just a little milk to take off the bitterness. Best natural appetite suppressant around. Even though it sounds like it, I'm not promoting anything like those pill comments. Well maybe a few cups of joe... :p

I know this video is over 2yrs old but losing 100lbs in 15 weeks is insane. the only thing I got to say is I hope your muscle mass health is good losing that much weight that quickly can have a bad effect on your heart health. either way man its inspiring to me and im sure others so hope youre healthy and great video

Thats a really aggressive weight loss, but after 3 years of taking it easy, aiming for 2 pounds loss a week, and then yoyo'ing because i wasnt committed enough, I decided to go aggressive too. Plan to lose 40 to 50 lbs in 3months, thats 3 to 4 lbs loss a week i need to aim for and be consistenr about. Ive lost weight successfully acouple different times before, so i know i can do it and have the skills and knowledge for it. This time im going to do it better than all the previous times.

Did you focus on calories, specific foods for the results.... what was your "How I Lost Over" details?
