Day 3: doing it after i shower + i found 10 lb dumbells
guys ive been doing this workout for about 3 weeks now! the first two weeks i started off with less sets and i definitely saw my but shape getting better, i started stepping it up this week by doing more glute workouts and i started drinking protein this week so i think i should see more results with that! I really recommend this workout tho it feels so nice! Celamarr do you have any other workout recommendations for the glutes to help me grow them? 😎👍

heyy I know this workout video is from 2 years ago but I just did it couple mins ago and OMGG I’m literally dyingg but no pain no gain. if you do this whole thing and don’t give up trust me ur legs will feel like there shaking this is a good work out!.

Ответитьreally, wearing a mask while working out ALONE! This is the worst thing you can do for your immune system - breathing through a mask. Masks don't no anything accept show that you are compliant and a sheep.
