I used PayPal since 2009. They refused to refund a transaction cause I didn’t provide the tracking. It didn’t even have tracking and it was fit and item not described properly!

I was sent $325 out of nowhere and it was held for a dispute. Im afraid to hit the refund button because i'm worried it'll use my money for the refund. Wait! If I even pay a transfer fee for some random dude's mistake, does that mean Paypal has a garunteed way to scam it's own users at random?

Do not use them! They’ve just blocked me 2500$CAD today for no reason. I’ve respected all their policies, insert tracking numbers for every orders and have 10-13 days shipping time with the delay respected. I’ve learned my lesson today!

PayPal sent us an email saying they need some info for my business. There were 15 questions and the amount of info they need is insane! Some are considered business confidentiality. Therefore we decided to stop using Paypal straightaway. We currently use square and stripe which are working fine in Australia.

It's annoying when you buy something online using PayPal and the payment goes into a pending status because there was an error with the transaction, and you have to wait weeks to get the payment refunded.

Merchant account will slow the small business to make more money than having a PayPal account too. PayPal kills you on the fees.

Is it ok to use prepaid paypal debit card for games online, like the ones I play within facebook sometimes?

Been getting texts from Paypal (real) giving me a verification code that I hadn't asked for. Paypal's advice when calling to report this is not to click on it. They cannot explain the logic of this, there is nothing to click on, it's their phone number. Asking them for written verification I'm then told to look it up on the website. I tell them I can't find it they say call us back if you can't find it. I reiterate this and they tell me it's not on the website. The more questions I ask, the more nonsensical the answers become. I ultimately give up in disgust.

I agree 100% , i can't withdraw my money or use a payment with it cause of limit. also with no reason i got it. and really i don't do anything illegal it is only a trick to pocket it. am really made and i advice all people don't use paypal anymore. there is a bunch mistakes in it.. Yep just got scammed by PayPal and a seller. Ordered 1st item and got it. 2nd order from Sam place shipped to wrong address and I never received my package. But they favor the seller just cause they have tracking when I never received an email for tracking or anything I searched everywhere in emails but found 1st order but never a second order. Never deal with PayPal they trust there sellers lies more

Also add that Paypal allows scammers to operate and doesn't punish or stop criminals from using PayPal for criminal activity. This is FACT.

I guess getting their fees is more important than keeping users that have used them for many thousands of dollars in transactions faithfully over decades.

Stupid, short-sighted, and very poor customer service in recent years.

They ruled a case in buyers favor which made us stop using them. We provided video evidence of the delivery and they fully refunded the scammer. They also scammed us of the transaction fee + case fee. We lost the production costs on top of this. Never in my life been so humiliated as a business owner. They don’t care about your policy, reason why under them, you will be an employee.

paypal had supended my paypal reason with not reason, now I am trying to get it but even to contact them its hard, I dont know what to do, I guess I have to wait 180 days, and try to open a new paypal account 😔

I have a client that is trying to use PP.
They tell him he can do this with such n such account, so when it gets to actually transferring out of it they tell him he can't do that. He needs diff type of account registered. so create he creates that one, so after a some days he tries to transferring out of that one. Same thing he can't do that, he needs such n such paper work that he is exempt from having and can't get it anyway because he is exempt...

Paypal is a Froud company. so many unauthorized transaction from your account. No response from them ever after the reporting.
