As a mid main the fundamentals are different (sometimes a little similar depending on matchups). IMO mid is a lot more fun, versatile and feels interactive. It’s about lane priority, jungle tracking, mana management, waveclear, skillshots, and punishing last hits. Not necessarily level up timers, freezing or whatever happens in top. They can work but depends on matchups.

Im an ADC Main playing the mobile version wildrift, i was just autofilled top for the second time in 5 games and was slightly upset and decided to first time Riven. Mechanics on mobile are generally much lower so I did ok mechanically. The second game I was vs a Caitlyn, absolutely destroyed her because because fundamentals gap. Then their 5-0 Samira come top, shut her down, so the fucking Caitlyn and Samira started to 1v2 lane against me in top lane. I think I need blood pressure medication now, idk how you top laners deal with this on regular basis.
