Roe was a constitutional abomination. The fact that he defends it shows he was not fit to be a justice. Thank God he retired

I hate that the atheists always win the argument but atheism is itself a type of religion, just as so many environmentalists now call their environmentalism a religion.

He voted against heller and bruen! Violated his oath to the Constitution!!! Him voting against heller should’ve had him out of office immediately!!!

David Souter is the best Supreme Court Justice we've had since Thurgood Marshall. This guy isn't even on the list of good ones.

He didn't like the decision. But turning a state issue into a Supreme Court decision also isn't something that people like.

"It's up to you" the next generation to decide whether we can keep our Constitutional Republic, and the people's right to choose their leadership called "democracy".

Good justices (Breyer) find noble reasons to retire vs. Evil justices (Clarence, Alito) find selfish reasons to $tay.

Wow! What a thoughtful and selfless guy. If only others would have thought similarly, a super majority might not exist now

Awww he’s sad that human sacrifices were left up to individual states to decide on.

His retirement was a show and a tool for the train wreck that the Biden administration is. Liberals comments on this are a great laugh.

Wonderful man, gentle soul and full of compassion tempered by the law. If R v W was decided by religion then it is flawed as they didn't consult all religions just some Christian Churches and those with political connections. The Founders were asked back in the day, what about Abortion is it allowed and the verbal answer was, it was a private matter between mother and her doctor, unfortunately it wasn't addressed officially by those same Founders!!
