Minecraft How To Use The Clone Command (Xbox/PE/PS4/Bedrock)

I tried using this for a creeper farm I didn’t work I don’t know what I did wrong

it said cannot access blocks from outside the world

It won’t work.. I did everything step by step and I keep getting an error message saying it cannot access blocks outside the world

I just realized you could clone like 3 floors one by one and then clone the 3 floors at once, could really build skyscrapers easily… i might build a downtown city now…. LOL

So we can copy with in one one but because we're on console we don't have the ability to paste it into another word?
So I've just discovered that there are 3 Minecraft games
Bedrock pc, Java pc and console bedrock

It's the same game so why do they have different features it annoys me because bedrock on pc is different to bedrock on console, instead of making new different Minecraft games/ Minecraft updates, THEY Need to make it all one game ps4/5 bedrock should have the exact features as pc bedrock
I know that we can't access the games files but there should definitely be a way to copy a building from one word to another world without rebuild the entire thing block by block
There should be a Save to Structure block database, which would give you access to all the buildings saved from any world's by saving the structure block with the saved building attached

There's probably a better way to do it but we literally have no options not even Save to USB instead we just have to save the world and rebuild it in a new one
Minecraft is great until you realise how much it differentiates between it's pc version, I can understand java having different features to bedrock but for bedrock pc to have more features then bedrock console is stupid, I mean other than what you play it on it should be the same game
Pocket edition is a different one all together and I can understand if that has less features but why have three different versions of one game and have two of them 99% identical sure most people won't be bothered about it but the more different features I come across the more I realised how bad Microsoft is when it comes to games
Java is far superior although I play bedrock more java will soon take over all the fan base bedrock has because who wants microtransactions in one game when you can get everything and more for free in the other version

And that's why just like Microsoft I'm abandoning bedrock console edition
