If having an personal trainer that looks like them gets overweight people into the gym I'm all for it.
ОтветитьI actually don't hate it; but there's definitely a condition where she needs to be following her own program and getting results too.
There is an oversaturation of hyper-fit personal trainers. It reminds me of a quote from a rugby player/internet personality; "I'm not big and strong because I play rugby, I play rugby because I'm big and strong". Basically, they're genetically engineered towards physical activity so they enjoy it/do it more - which means most of the time they have no idea what it's like to enter a gym, as someone chronically overweight, as an adult. This is a gaping flaw in their capabilities, and something this woman can definitely bring to the table.
Again; she also needs to be getting results. If her own program isn't working for her THEN I don't believe it. But we have no idea how long she's been doing this, if she was heavier beforehand, etc.
This guy has a face of the default character.
ОтветитьI would prefer a fat girl as personal trainer for my girlfriend than a man.
ОтветитьI did not know bro looks that nice
ОтветитьI was worried this would be making fun of someone based solely on an assumption but I am very glad to be proven wrong.
ОтветитьAsking a virgin for moves in the sack, asking an incel for dating advice, asking anybody in the army for marriage advice, asking Steven Crowder how to be funny.
ОтветитьThere's a difference between fat and just straight morbidly obese. Someone a lil fat, I could handle. Your belly hangs below your pant line and has its own zip code? Yeah, I wouldn't even accept free training from them
Ответить“🏈 coach as your ⚽️ coach” 💀
ОтветитьYes, we all want a trainer that doesn't do as they preach
ОтветитьWhy in the world would i specifically search for a fat personal trainer at all?
Ответитьfat personal trainer > personal trainer on stereoids
ОтветитьImagine being trained and you have to motivate your trainer.
"Come one! One more!"
People often have the misconception that fat people do not exercise because let’s be honest, most do not. But there are a select few who do and their weight is purely from eating in a surplus. I say if the trainer is still knowledgeable about everything that meets the goals of their clients then I’m not against this at all, I do think it’s a bit weird though to give advice that you yourself cannot stick to.
Ответитьi think personal trainers should be people who have experienced adversity and actually got results. For example if you go get qualified in all excercise science knowledge and become a PT but you have never gone on a weight loss/gain phase based on your body before and after. And you have never gotten any results, nor you have any tips from actual experience. All you will be doing is regurgitating knowledge that can be found online. As opposed to someone who has gotten results and experienced the changes. I would trust that person 10x more. No offence but after dropping down 15kgs from my fat stage. Then finally lean bulking up and cutting off the excess fat. Ive learnt about 100 new things/tips/ tricks to help that probably isnt even found online but works for some people. I would 100% trust someone like that, than someone who is fat still, have never done anything to change their body (sure they might try all these weird cardio workouts but still have a bs diet) then theres no real point. So i guess instead of paying a shitload of money to PTs just get the most basic info online, then try out different things (stay consistent on each trial) and decide whats best for your body. I almost paid 50$ a week for online PT that would do nothing but put me on some bs calorie deficit/surplus plan and give me makeshift meals and maybe check my form etc. Vs Coming up with meals myself saved much more money. Anyone can do it themselves. Stop paying these PTs.
ОтветитьIt really depends. If that fat PT has lost a shit load of weight already and can give strategies on what's working for them then absolutely down for it.
A fat PT on a weightloss journey with provable success knows more about the struggle than someone with a naturally good physique
That thing, is NOT a personal trainer…..
ОтветитьWhy is bro so beautiful tho
ОтветитьXDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
ОтветитьBruh the "crash" after criticizing politicians got me good. 💀💀
ОтветитьThe football coach hits hard
Ответитьmaybe she was in college for physical ed, got really fat, then got a job as one.
but is now on her way to losing weight.... i hope
Idk wha u say homeless people always got the best advice
ОтветитьI think that being overweight doesn't mean you aren't strong, but I can see why someone wouldn't want to take lifting advice from someone who is overweight, because the stigma of fitness is thin bodies, even though the world's strongest men are all bigger dudes that are like 300+lbs if not over 400lbs.
Would you not take lifting advice from Thor or Eddie Hall? What about Kiriakos Grizzly?
The problem is, fitness does not equate health, and that's the big problem that people assume. Most fitness people are EXTREMELY unhealthy, all of the supplementation and such destroy these athletes' bodies.
i guide others to a treasure i cannot possess
ОтветитьThat richard hammond joke tho hahhaa
Ответитьid be fine with it if they were focusing primarly on strength and had one of those heavy lifter builds, but defiantly not for a general purposes PT
ОтветитьFor a moment i thought i'm watching That Chapter
Ответитьit seems hypocrytical
ОтветитьHAHAHAHAHA
ОтветитьIf she's a good PT, that's all that matters, obviously.
I've never had a PT, but I can imagine that it would be super easy to feel insecure if they were ultra ripped, so this would be a great option for some people.
i think u are not ready to help others achieve their goals if u can't even help yourself achieve your own.
ОтветитьYou know its bad when the personal trainer needs a personal trainer
ОтветитьI like how you actually found a way to make that inspiring, you’re great man
ОтветитьBut did you guys notice how she's just sitting there on her phone? I wouldn't want to have a trainer who's doing nothing to help me. It's just my humble opinion.
ОтветитьThe Richard Hammond one was brutal💀
ОтветитьHow can they even qualify and pass the test as personal trainer? The last time I checked even in my 3rd world country, you have to workout at least 3-5 times per week and be mindful of your diet.
ОтветитьThose that can, do. Those that can't, teach. Those that have never done it, won't teach well.
ОтветитьI feel like if you have a personal trainer over 200 pounds you need to find a different trainer-
ОтветитьI completely agree, but how can u help other people either loose weight or build muscle while the ‘’personal trainer’’ can’t do the same for themselves
ОтветитьOr richard hammond as your driving instructor goes crazy
Ответитьits like being a poor buisnessman and saying that you are good in what you do, totally misses the point
Ответитьcalling her fat is like calling michael jackson a decent singer
Ответитьlmao wtf
ОтветитьThe Richard Hammond part 💀💀
Ответитьhey look man, the coach don't always play the game!
ОтветитьIt honestly depends. If you’re fat, that tells me that most likely you have not been successful with your training unless you’re losing weight with me. However, a fat person or previously fat person will know the mistakes that led them to being in that situation, and they probably be able to empathize with you more and make you feel more comfortable in the gym, which is full of bulky men.
ОтветитьAt least Richard Hammond wasn't the one who's driving
Ответить
