This is the old editor, the new one is completely broken, you can't do behind objects anymore, the resize doesn't keep the ratio, so you get a picture that is 800x3000 and adds a bunch of checkered boards. Only exports to jpeg in a PNG container, (broken file) and keeps the checkered boards in your photos.

How can I do that on the app?

The batch editor is available online, not through the app? I know I just updated my app. I don't have a need for this, but would still like to try it anyway, lol.
