When I try to connect my device with the laptop, the device establish connection with PC just a few seconds and suddenly disconnect it.
I tried to reinstall drivers, connect to other PC, ...

PD: When I do that, I press reset botton while I plug in usb cable.

rockchip tools 1.5 doesn´t detect my mk 809 III device. I got the image, I got the drivers, but the rockchip tools will not turn green to detect device on port 1. Please help

No links where did u get the drivers from. Links helps a lot otherwise it's not helpful

hi I have the mk809 4 version stick..it all working but..how do you restore the media player  , as nothing plays- perhaps its the codecs  how do you restore these

Make sure to download the latest version of RK batch tool, I personally recommend v1.7. Drivers from Sergio pervonoc or something like that works great

maybe someone can help me here i just the UG007B RK3188 and when i connected in to tv hdmi's and i got 3 of them it finds the device but after 5 seconds it says no signal found

i have done all the steps and the rk batch tool says restore successfull with 0 falied.
but the mk809iv wont start.. when i connect to tv nothing happens at all.

tried to reflash at least 5 times with different roms ->  same resolt.

When I put the pin in my device just boots into recovery how do you get to the bootloader?
