In the History of World Chess it is said that If vishy sacrifice his queen it means you can't defeat him 😅

When Vishy puts Qn to e6, if rook takes Qn, then pawn takes h7 mate, King can move to f8, rook to g8 checkm then king to e7, if white pawn gets promoted to Queen, then at least game will go on.. what did I miss here? why Vishy played Queen sacrifice? Just trying to learn and understand.
And what if Wesley played pawn to h6 instead of g6?
