ОтветитьI’ve been doing this for almost every day for two weeks now but I still am not able to do the side plank raises. I just fall over while trying to raise my foot. Is it a balance problem or am I just doing it wrong?

Day one I start the workouts and it’s pretty hard my abs are going through hell and i do a warmup of 5 push ups and 50 squats before im not that strong im 13 so I can’t feel my legs in the leg raises I almost can’t find the strength to raise my legs I want to quit after finishing but I saw a vision with abs so Im gonna keep going
Day 2: it’s the same pain and same struggle but I use this vision I saw to keep on going

ОтветитьI'm making this one my 7-days challenge then after this challenge I will proceed to his intense abs workout
Day 1- Completed. Struggled a bit with planks
Day 2- Completed. Much difficult than yesterday but I managed
Day 3- Completed. Less difficult and no breaks at all
Day 4- Today is Wednsday. Wednesdays are my rest days. BYE!
Day 5- Completed. I am getting stronger in this workouts, it felt easy today than ever.
Day 6- Completed.
Day 7- Completed.
Not much of a change but I am glad I am strong into this workout,. I am not looking for any quick change that is why I am not really worried, I will look for his other ABS workouts and continue. The aim is just never give even if the changes are slow
Guys please DONT GIVE UP. I started using this video on October 2022 and could see my abs, by December 2022 I already had abs. I maintained by abs by jus teeing active. You can do it too. I always believed I would have to live with a gut. But trust me guys that gut of yours can be some defined abs if you put your mind into it.

Ответить11 yr old here, ik im really young and all but i wanna be on sports teams and things so i wanna be fit to be on then,. Its hard doing some of these since mu legs/arma arent strong enough, but i still try❤❤❤
ОтветитьFor those who can easily do this exercise, here is a step harder: Add 1-2 kg weight on arms and legs, remove the stretch period in the video (do a big stretch at the end instead). Now try to do the EXACT same as him, no failure, your legs dont touch the floor when they dont have to. Watch your muscles grow twice as fast.
