Dear Jason, I did the whole 3 hours last night and my fit bit recorded I was in deep sleep for 1hr 23 minutes of it. Total sleep 8 hr 20 minutes . This morning I felt so refreshed. I’ve been home nursing my husband through pneumonia and heart failure for a month and felt totally washed out. This morning I was like a new woman and actually made it to the gym for some gentle exercise. Thank you so much for sharing all these meditations with the world. It is so altruistic of you. I thank you Sir, right down to my tiniest energy particle, for this guided meditation. I have been using one that I paid for, for almost three years now and the way it is presented was, as I have only just discovered through your kindness; all wrong for me. Interestingly, the manner of which the guided meditation is presented to cleanse the Chakra's is rather aggressive and incorporates 8 Chakra's (the pineal gland is 6, pituitary gland is 7, and the crown connection to creation is the 8th) which I merged into yours easily enough - this energy flow I plan to keep and am grateful to know- but the rest of it is going to be released back into cyberspace. You have bestowed upon me the proper procedure to harmonize my beings instrument

Why did I listen to this and woke up with an intense humming and feeling of something rushing all around me. I almost turned it off bc I was so freaked out, but my intuition said work through it, so I did. I think more things happened I have the sense of it but I can’t remember what.
