Tall characters ➡bit more speed (they got longer legs) and bit more damage resistance (they big boys)
Small characters ➡bit more swim speed (they small so easier to swim) and slower food/water drain (small body means less eating)

- REMEMBER small people are already at an advantage because of their size and smaller hitbox, they can also hide easier, behind buildings and dinos and rocks and such.
