is it okay to always use my laptop while plugged in and only removing the chord for some time?

I have asus vivobook when i bought seller say 3 to 5 hours battery power but it low in one hours

is there a one click trick for this? if none, i think it's a really important feature since ur battery beats me in how fast to get finished

my friend bought ASUS TUF dash f15 (2022) win11, only last for 2hrs and 30mins without using it, leave it idle, battery saver on, optimized power plan to silence. And mine ASUS TUF DASH F15 (2021) win10, last for more than 12hrs idle same process. i tried to optimized his new laptop. only thing thats missing is the "Power Plans" option on Intel Graphic command center. mine win10 have options "On Battery" and/or "Plugged In". his win11 doesnt. we tried to find a way to fix those missing button/option but we couldn't find any on the internet/web. this might be a problem in WINDOWS 11. maybe they removed those options. And now we are trying to find a way to change it to windows 10 but unfortunately its already windows 11 when he bought it. OR maybe theres someone out there knows how to fix those missing options and/or maybe can you guys with the same laptop and windows 11 check it the option on Intel Graphic command center has it. I just bought Asus Vivobook S15 OLED laptop recently. I noticed that my battery is auto draining while in shut down state. I charged the laptop to 79% and then i shut down it but when i opened it next day the battery was 67%😢. Why is that, please help.

I just got a vivobook S, I have a issue where if i turn the volume high the speaker starts to make crackling sounds. It seems that there is insufficient power delivery the speaker when it is on high volume.

Any solutions?
