How to Improve Laptop Battery Life (Official Dell Tech Support)

At some point about 1 year ago I set the upper charging limit of my dell windows 10 laptop to 80%, so it never charges beyond 80% and it’s become a pain. How can I change that setting back to 100%? I haven’t added any tools, apps or utilities outside of what are installed on my dell laptop. Any help or insight is appreciated.

can you tell me why my laptop giving 16 bit unsupported application error as soon as connecting my c type charger? i am using Dell Latitude 7390 with win 11. The problem popping up continuously and showing ZoomE and ZoomX 16 bit unsupported problem error. This is happening only when I am connecting my C type charger.

In power options,, choose a lower maximum processor speed % when running on battery. This will really help to cool down your Dell and improve battery life. A lower number means slower performance, so it's up to you to find a setting that you are comfortable with. Watching videos is quite processor intensive so make sure you test this when trying a new setting.

I really hate that i spent 1034$ on dell laptop to lasts only for an hour, what a shame.

DELL = FRAUD ! STAY AWAY FROM THIEVES !!!
I purchased Dell-Inspiron 5515 with 64 Gb RAM and 2 Tb hard drive on AMAZON. Because there was an issue with the USB port, I have sent it to Dell repair. After 2 weeks I received back a laptop with 16 Gb of RAM and 1 Tb hard drive. They stated they do not sell computers with this big hard drives and this much RAM, so they repair it and replaced RAM and HD with the standard (16Gb/1Tb). When I called DELL they stated they have the right to do this and this is normal ! I failed several complaints to FTC, BBB and so far I have not my parts back (around $500 value) !
If anybody was scammed by DELL please contact me. I am considering class case in the court. DELL IS STEALING PARTS and this has to stop !

Hey Dell, I own a Dell g15.
I wanted to know if I can make my screen brightness more dim than the lowest as it might help save more battery when in dark environment.
Also can I similarly decrease my keyboard backlight more than the default dim setting
