I once read a National Geographic article that Scythians were a maternalistic society and very good in goldsmithing. A number of ancient Scythian tombs excavated were said to belong to female warriors. No mention of that in this video

Scythians were blond, not red hair. There might be red hair but that's not anymore a scythian in the sense of race, but in a generic classification of pontic steppe inhabitants, in that sense ukraine was not always inhabited fully by Slavs. With the russian empire slavs established as a majority ethnicity in eastern Europe. Racial ethnic Scythians are slavs, anyone else is just a persian.
