1) Dont crack a silly joke in the beginning or in the middle such as the "Rajshree" joke
2) Saying that "the man needs no introduction" is OK but immediately follow it up with an introduction - the guest is expecting it from you
3) Know your guest - Ashneer talks in Hindi in public usually not in English.
4) Have a better background instead of a white board and definitely better sofas instead of the dull grey colour.
5) Dont insult your guest by using words like dogalapan.
6) Do your homework on the guest.

Didn’t he himself attend IIT IIM and worked for sometime before his own venture? B schools shouldn’t be calling people like him. Instead call Britannia management to understand the onus on businesses, working in critical industries, to continue operating even in the face of adversities such as Covid. Things I learn from him is to work hard (he is a hard worker), and keep the attitude in check. Because the way companies work these days, one can easily be kicked off from their own creation, because the ownership resides with capital providers. I may be wrong but do feel this perspective must also be looked at…
