How to Fix LOW FPS drops on Minecraft Modpacks | Get More FPS In Modded Minecraft (Curseforge)

I have a 1050ti too, I am running at 71 or more mods, 8 chunk render distance and Complementary Shaders over 70fps with Optfine+FPSReducer+Clumps and Entity Culling.
Warning: Entity Culling can cause bugs like invisible players and mobs.

mekansim fps fix. mod options>Mekanism click config*>Client settings *set OpaqueTransmitterRender to true

i am confused as to why my game does this but it isn’t really lag as much as its freezing for like 15 seconds frequently it makes the modpacks i use almost unplayable and it sucks can someone help? or will this work

for some reason when I'm on fabric running like 100+ mods I still get good fps but If I'm on forge I get like lag spikes and I can't even use shaders like I can a fabric
