Google My Business: How To Contact Customer Support Phone Number and Email

The only available support option is email and I haven't heard back from them in 3 business days. Why doesn't Google offer 24/7 tech support for business owners for $50-$100/month? I'd happily pay such an amount for the ability to chat with, or talk to, a Google Tech expert that can solve problems like legitimate customers reviews not showing up do to Google's flawed "spam filtration" system.

They have changed that interface.

In the new update of business it does not work and its updated. The same link opens new page where you have only FAQ and no way to request a call or whatever

Followed the steps and I dont have the options ( call, messgae ...nothing. Suggestions please

For some reason, when I click "contact us" it does not have a section for contacting google by phone, call-back, or email. Maybe Google's site is bugging right now.
