ОтветитьThank you, Dr. Jared. Since last 2 months due to prolonged study sessions I was facing huge pain in my lower back and on buttocks . It was so severe that I was not able to study and cough also, it hurted alot but just after doing 2 sessions of 15 mins (each) of your suggested exercises, I felt instant relief and was able to cough without pain. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart and I am going to do it daily , twice a day. God bless you Doctor.

One question - how often should we do these exercises per week?
I have been doing this exercise for 6+ months. It does really help the pain to be a few days rather than weeks. I'm working on weight, gotta lose that beer belly.
ОтветитьWhen you do the bridge and raise the leg. Does that help strengthen the hip too. I did one set of 10 on each leg today and my oneleg didnt want to move. Im trying to get the bad hip strengthened along with my back. Strengthening arms is so much easier and less painful. Im gonna try this video for a week and see what happens. I lost it after the last time i watched it.

ОтветитьSorry but Supermans are a terrible idea for people with low back pain. It activates the low back plenty, but causes huge lumbar spinal compression that's asking for re-injury.

ОтветитьDay 1: Going to start today, I’ve been feeling back pain a lot. Especially when bending over for just 3 minutes.
To be fair I’ve sat a lot using the computer. Keeping this updated and hopefully give an insight if it reduces the pain.
Thanks for the video. Most videos of these types just show the exercises without guidance on how much of it to do.
My lower back is usually okay except when cycling when it can be painful for days after.
Would you recommend doing either the 'easy' and harder versions together or one or the other? Is three times per week about right?

great free body exercises. As someone who has access to a gym and actually enjoys deadlifts, are they helpful for building the lower back? my doubt comes from the fact that muscles in that exercise are used to stabilise rather than push/pull.
I was doing the swimmer/aqua man exercise until a few weeks back. But started having pain in the muscles at the base of my spine. Is it normal to feel that pain there ?

Thank you so very much, these are so helpful. I'm a truck driver so I sit for 10 to 12 hours a day and it's really taken a toll on my core. Back pain has been a problem so I started planking (trying to get up to pushups) every day in the morning and at night and it's getting better. Now I'm adding bridging and supermans to my daily routines.
It's so important to find bodyweight exercises that I can do in my truck, cause it's not like I have reasonable access to weight equipment or gyms on the road.

Is sleep Apnea caused by weakening of a specific muscle or group of muscles. What exercises would you recommend to target those muscles ?
