The only negative I've experienced as a guy who barely falls in the Chad category is that it's often hard to find guys to be close friends with since they often feel threatened to bring you around in fear of you attracting the girls they like. When I met my boyfriend he had really low self-esteem, he was very shy, looking a bit sad and serious.
