Thank you for this video. I know how to link a css styles page already however for some reason my code wasn't working none of the styles were applying to my html code. I was literally scratching my head why and then I stumbled upon your video. You will know if the styles will work if when you start linking the css the system starts pre-filling it in for you similar to when you look for something on google using predictive search results. My CSS wasn't working because I had the CSS file nested in another folder. after watching your video briefly I had a eureka moment and I slapped my forehead soft and was like "DUH" no wonder it wasn't working lmao. That was a rookie mistake for a seasoned html coder

I am a newbie to building my own ecommerce site, for some reason my "Dismiss" option on my Store Notice has disappeared, I may of deleted it by mistake I don't know but I can't find a CSS code to fix the issue, I don't see the code in the Addition CSS and I'm really not sure how to get it back. I can put the Store Notice up and it works but no one can close it or remove it and it sits at the top and covers the menu so you can't maneuver around my site. Can someone tell me how to get the code or even if it is a code and how do I implement it back in my site. Thank you for your help.

My problem is that, my favicon doesn’t shows up, I have try every solution that I can find, but nothing works 😢, I don’t know if it has something to do with MAC or not, I guess I would come back later when I do learn everything about HTML and css

I pushed my files to my github repository. My website is hosted as a github page. after building and deplyement using github my site still doesnt display all layer on the browser

So my problem turned to be that I was trying to make my HTML code look neater, so I turned the bootstrap stuff at the top into two lines. For some reason it doesn't like that....1.5hours of my life I'll never get back. But at least I learned some things from you.

I did not know about the <Ctrl> & <F5> until I watched this vid...... Today... YES TODAY... I clicked the refresh button the the browser and nothing happened... I hit the <Ctrl> & <F5> and guess what the CSS reloaded just like it was supposed to!!

I use firefox Dev-tools so if i open style editor and i don't see it i know or wrong headers "text/css"

In PHP if CSS or JavaScript is not loading when u make a change u can use
<script SRC="yours.js?v=<?= time () ?>"></script>

CSS
<link href="yours.css?v=<?= time() ?> rel="stylesheet">

A trick, if you're using php is to append random digits to the css path using mt_rand() when importing. For example:
echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='style.css?".mt_rand()."'>";
This allows the stylesheet to reload each time.
