I just bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot & I really like it. No complaints yet but not looking for one. I also have a Ford escape & low maintenance

Into my second 4 cyl 2.4 gasoline Patriot now, having owned a used Commander 3.0 CRD between the two. Patriots are/were really reliable while the fancy Commander Limited gave us way too much trouble and shop repair bills. Yes, two very different cars, but I appreciate reliability. The 2.4 gasoline engine seems bullet proof.

If it was jacked up and had a gas hog engine you would like it bro your not going to be racing a fucking jeep dipshit and people buy them cause better on gas by about 15 miles lol you are stupid

Short version there's a reason Patriots can be had easily for under $10k....which is why I'm probably gonna buy one lol.

i own a 2014 jeep patriot and honestly its perfect overral for me but the back seats are a bit uncomftable but my jeep is still strong

Compass and renegrade look like crap. Don't look like Jeeps at all and are too small. I've owned 4 Patriots and love them all except the last model really started to get crappy in the quality dept. Jeeps should be boxy like commander, wrangler, patriot...not Compass, renegade and cherokee that look like Hondas.

I think you're scooted up too close to the steering wheel if your knees are hitting the steering column and you're 5'9 because I'm 6'1 and I've never had that issue with mine

I don't see what's wrong with how the dash looks, or the GPS font. They have the nice classic Jeep look about them and that's what's great. Also it still feels very simple kind of like an old car but still feels like a new car. Personally I'm not a fan of newer cars

Renegades are absolute trash. I bought a 2014 Patriot new in Sept '13. Almost 9 years and 142,000 miles later and zero mechanical issues whatsoever.

So, you are complaining about a jeep patriot when your car is a renegade, which is more a fiat than a jeep...jajajajaj. It doesn't even have all-wheel drive.

At the time didn’t they have extremely heavy incentives on these? I’ve had my ‘21 Cherokee for a little over a year now (Lat LUX w/2.0T and ADI), it did sticker at $35k but after incentives it was $27k.

i bought mine for $750 CAD although i had to put work into it i love this car. i am also 6'3" and i have no issues with the space in this car. the patriot was made by jeep and everything you said about it can almost go the same for the 2017 wrangler. the same plastic, same radio, and same electronics.

I own a 2017 anniversary addition and that usb port actually has a cover which is why it looks like there should be a button there, but on that particular jeep someone must have accidentally ripped the cover off because its only attached by a thin plastic wire

Have 2015 Patriot High Altitude in black and I love it.
Great 4wd for winter and all around city vehicle for parking and driving.
Heated seats for winter warm up nice.

I maybe agree with the price and it should be cheaper maybe but the car and the problems you see in it are how you feel about it I have one for 14 years now and its not all that bad over the years.

I got a 2015 patriot and im 6'2. Yea this vehicle is terrible if your tall and too damn stupid to slide the seat back.
