Do not buy this! The instructions are terrible! This worthless company does not have a website for help. I can’t even get mine in English so I can read what is on the screen to try and set it up! I will be returning it to Amazon tomorrow!

I just got this purchase and I guess I will return it to Amazon. It’s in a foreign language and I’m supposed to try and figure it out? I still haven’t been able to get anything at all accomplish with this piece of garbage so I don’t recommend buying it.

I purchased the W12 model and awaiting for delivery.

I use writing to voice translator on my smartphone. It does the same thing!

You didn't come back online when you did the photo translation

They need to speak English. This is US.
