ОтветитьFeel your pain. With spectrum it’s the same thing. Takes 5 calls for someone to actually know what’s going on. Most of the time they are millennials. Which means not a lot of common sense. Lol

ОтветитьSorry to say if they have to change out a major box at the street for the internet you'll probably be waiting a good year until there is enough people complaining that are in the same boat..ask the tech if it's just you that doesnt have room to upgrade...that'll be bad. Lol.
ОтветитьDealing with those scripts drive me nuts. I get why they have them - so many calls are routine and the scripts drive efficiency and consistent response. But I only call when I have something that is atypical for which there may not have a script. I just want to tell them “skip all that...here’s the issue and i need to talk to someone about that.” Same with all the prompts to get to a person. I don’t know how much is lack of good help but rather inflexible processes and the companies don’t do a good job training to deal with exceptions. Either way, I feel your pain!
