I have the Soft Weave 2020 Omega chair myself (purchased 2 weeks ago) - it is one awesome looking and feeling chair. Opted for the Soft Weave due to its breathable fabric vs the non breathable pu Leather so you won’t sweat !

Hi i’m an 5’9” 130lbs. and 14 years old i have a lot of room to grow but i also want a snug fit i’m pretty skinny does anyone recommend a titan or omega for my body type.

Why are all the video reviews the opposite from the written reviews?
All the videos make it look like it's a great chair, the written reviews tell the opposite. Not sure who to believe.
400 bucks for a chair that might or might not be good, is too much for me.
Especially if you know how terrible their return policy is.

if im 6"1 would i still find the Omega comfortable ? i dont want to spend extra money for the titan

I have the vertagear sl4000 and it is too stiff and the lumbar support pillow is too obtrusive and large and the chair is uncomfortable. Would this be a similar comfort type to the vertagear chair or is it more cushy and the pillows better and all?

I'm a not happy owner of one of these god awful chairs, just got my stark chair a little over a week ago and it's a beautiful work of art. But as a chair it's about as comfortable as bleachers at a high school game. The chair is rock hard it sits a mile high even at the lowest setting and if you wear glasses like I do, you will be looking under your lenses. If your under 5 foot 7 like I am this chair is not for you even though they say it's for 5 foot 3 and up. They will not help me with customers service, no one to talk to. Just computer generated emails that tell me the same thing over and over and recommend the titan chair to me now. I have never felt so taken for my money in my life. It's 150.00 plus to ship back plus 15% restocking fee,more then half the price of the chair. I bought this to sit and game cause this is what people say is so good for long sitting, but obviously you guys are paid to lie and give fake reviews about this chair. U have been warned don't by this dog shit chair.... what a waste of hard earned money.

Chairs in Canada cost even more. A $450-1500 office chair in the US can be $700-2000 here lol. Alot of office chairs are poorly packaged so they are damaged on arrival and they can be really bad quality too, even from brands like Herman Miller. I have only seen 1 or 2 ugly, but decent ones under $500. But the PU leather on my last 2 chairs peeled off in 1-1.5 years so I'm hopeful but skeptical of secretlab still. You rarely get what you pay for. Might just try secret lab anyway, there doesn't seem to be anything else worth it.


Can you stab the chair with a knife to see how durable the PU leather is brain? lol

I used your secretlab link and I hope you get a credit for it becouse I had to modify the link to go directly to EU site. I read loads and loads of comments about those seats and that they are hard but after weeks of research there really ain't better options available if you want to buy fabric one. Most of them are leather/PU-leather ones. Keep up the good work dude!

What do you recommend I do to protect it from my cats?

I ordered this since my DXRacer chair got really old now. DXRacer customer support is one of the worst I've ever experienced. I have been asking for a replacement lumbar pillow for a year and they kept telling me I would get a reply but I have been ignored. Been over a year now and I gave up. Anyway the Secretlab chair looks and feels way better. i'm glad I got this one. Excellent chair

5 Year warranty? No, it's a 3 year warranty with an extra 2 years if you advertise your purchase over all their social media platforms. Lovely how everyone seems to overlook that part.

It’s not 5 years warranty it’s 3 years warranty if you want the extra 2 years you have to share a picture of the chair to your social media. Also the 5 year warranty does not cover any premature peeling. Pretty misleading my guy
