with serpents you can get their trophy/scales if you jump in the water right after you finish them, the drop will go instantly to your inventory instead of sinking. Great video as always!

The real rarest thing in Valheim: A convenient tailwind.

I had on leviathan that had spawned in a narrow part between to land masses. I farmed all the chitin from it and it didn't submerge. Will have to look next time I start the game and see if it has chitin again or if it will forever be there,

A tier 5 fish actualy jumped to shore one time, it's freaking massive, so much bigger then tier 4

We found 7 leviathans all grouped together on our current friends game.

If i see it in every world i ever played it ain´t rare no matter what the numbers say. And also there is a LOT of 64x64 ocean chunks, so leviathans are not even technically rare. Pretty sure i saw a shipwreck on every world i played aswell. Hundred on a map isn´t rare. There is a definition problem here. But i get it, you need to reach a certain lenght of a video.

You can jump into the ocean RIGHT after killing a serpent to have a chance to get scales and trophy, easiest done with a partner but possible solo. Advanced technique is to leap onto it's back to deliver the killing blow making it all but certain you will get sinkers.

Pretty sure you found one by now but I found one of those frozen lakes with the water and tetra fish in them.

With harder difficulty more 1 and 2 star mobs spawn, will that not drop more rare items?

#8 Yes, there is a thawed version of this lake, it also has the fishing rod and bait and does have Tetra fish in it. It's quite rare.

Thing #2 you should have added was that fish on item stands have a random chance to talk to the player.

Ghalls also have a 1 and 2 star variety. In my couple thousand hours I've only ever seen one 2 star ghall, and 2 one star ghalls. 2 star trolls I've seen a lot more often.

Started playing 2 days ago, my friend found a level 5 perch and chucked it back into the water, didnt know it was rare

I came across a draugr village, but the swamp biome was so small I thought it was in the meadows. It was just a single hut with a body pile inside

the first time I went to the ocean biome I immediately found a leviathan. when it wen underwater, I did not sail long when I saw another one

with some shenanigans you can equip the odin gear. There is an old guide for this on yt and it still works with the ashlands update

That gaming with kristi channel showed that weather in Valheim is actually on a schedule, not random. You can look up the chart and see exactly what weather will be in every biome on a specific day. This is why the weather changes back to back when you cross a biome's border, it rains on all that biome on that day

I have an old world where, in at least two caves, tetra fish are not born in caves, but in the snow directly above the cave. I haven't seen this in newer worlds.

I was sailing towards Moder in my current playthrough, and while passing the island before the one to fight Moder, I spotted the Yagluth vegisir. Was really nice considering Moder locations are apparently only off in far reaches on the seed.

A lv 5 salmon has jumped on my table inside my house near the ocean. We laugh for a good 10 minutes.

Not sure if its rare, but there is a female draugr trophy you can get from the draugr villages in the meadows, only thing is if you loot one, then loot another male draugr trophy it gets overrided in your inventory.

I have to disagree with your placement of turnip seeds I think onion seeds are far rarer I remember exploring a few mountains before finding mine.

You know Valheim's got it in for you when you come down from the mountains into the dark forest, hear that troll roar behind you, turn to just quickly dispose of the bugger, see orange instead of blue and your first thought is "aw, c'mon, not another one!" lol

I played for quite some time on Xbox and have been playing on pc for a but now as well and have sailed for hours and have yet to have a sea serpent spawn 😢

I found the frozen lake a while back I didn’t think anything of it or even checking it out because it was a seriously huge drop in a cave and didn’t think I’d be able to get back up now I gotta see if I can find it again
