My Instagram chat does not load when people dm me. If I am having a conversation with someone all it will say is "person is typing..." but yhe messages they send do not show up. I have tried to uninstall the app, restart my phone, and use different devices but it still refuses to work. The only time I can see what people say to me is when I close and open the app again which is pretty annoying when I have to do that for every text sent to me. I get the notifications when a person is texting me but when I click on it the message does not load.
