Suggestion: it's counterproductive to have a long advertising inside this relaxing focusing video. Beginning and end yes, but middle spots no. And the ad was very long, one of yours actually about the boy with the broken brain. Otherwise, thank you for the great content you're posting. 👍❤️

This was great at a very stressful time when I felt my body and mind in disharmony. My body felt back in flow and my mind calmed. I usually do Lee's thirty day challenge but needed this long practice for deep healing.. thank you
