ОтветитьWow I never had a leg workout going so fast by and I absolutely loved it 😍🥰 also the fact that it’s not totally 1 minute and then going on, it’s a very good mix.

I've been doing this exercise for a week now and I must say I like how my legs look like, in fact my lower body looks in shape, I'm tall and slim and I've always been insecure about my legs

ОтветитьI have some Knee problems and there is so many things I cant do and I had to stop so many times and skip 1 exercice, but I wont give up. I will keep working out, carefully, until I can do this video in one set without pain (I dont even know if that is possible but I´ll try)
