ОтветитьI am allergic to avocados (developed in my 30’s) and nuts, specifically almonds and tree nuts except I can eat coconut. I eat a lot of olives and olive oil to get good fats as best I can but what would you recommend in a smoothie? I basically just eliminate those but they are literally recommended for snacks and good fats and like you said, to help you feel full.

ОтветитьI’ve lost 13 pounds and 8 more which makes about 21. Last time I checked, the scale said 211.6 and 210 And I’m still eating hard boiled eggs, bread, fruity yogurt with chia, and chicken.

ОтветитьThanks, Bella! Love the scrambles. One of my current faves is leftover Thai Zucchini balls mixed in, with a little coconut milk curry sauce over the top. You mentioned skipping the sugary oatmeal, but was curious what you think of something like steel cut oats with fruit and almond butter, and no additional sweetener. Too carb heavy?

ОтветитьI’m really enjoying spaghetti squash waffles (which are simply cooked spaghetti squash beaten with eggs and cooked in a waffle iron). Today I had the additional protein of tuna (leftover from yesterday’s seafood ‘spaghetti’), and that really got me through the morning (as well as being delicious).
ОтветитьWell... I tried putting frozen cauliflower rice in my smoothie and while it wasn't bad, it definitely had a slightly different taste IMO. I think I would only put it if I really needed more vegetables in my diet for that day otherwise, I wouldn't add it again. It was worth a try so I give it a 6 out of 10 rating. Thanks for the tip.
