Wow, we haven’t done this one before. Just thought we’d give it a try. It was a great strength and balance workout. Probably get in a good cardio workout tomorrow.

ОтветитьHey Jules, ribs are getting better. Still doing strength and balance video. But was doing it barefoot, cause my sneakers got tossed when house was cleaned out for sale. Went downtown to try out the new Allbirds Tree Flyers. Really good running shoes. Had to have them shipped cause only color they had in my size was black. I tested them out doing some of the exercises from your video. Work really well, and I got the orange color. When they arrive, will start doing the cardio video as well.
ОтветитьJules, either brused my right side rib or pulled it. Been hurting, what exercise do you think caused it? I’m being careful to do anything for a week. First time tonight doing this one. It could have been the 3000 steps cardio. Takes forever when you pull something in ribs. Anything you suggest.

ОтветитьThe balance and strength combo is great. Didn’t realise how much you lose your sense of balance as you age until I did these today. You are my go to for exercise :)

ОтветитьIt felt so good exercising with you again after 2 weeks. I injured my hip area by the most ridiculous way. I was putting on my makeup leaning over the sink, then turned to look at the medicine cabinet mirror. The pain hit me. Yesterday was the first day my hip was back to normal. I took it easy on the workouts and I’m feeling great. So happy to be back!😊💛
