ОтветитьSabse achhi baat yahi lagti hai anant bhaiya humein ek holistic vision provide karte hai ... ive seen many linked people from top b school jo sirf yahi btate hai ki iim ke bina ya phir tier 1 institute ke bina tum kuch nahi kar sakte and you should not waste your money ... lekin 3.2L aspirants hai and seats 10-20k hai to baki sab log kya karein ? Kya wo failure hai ?
ОтветитьSir bba ke liye new education policy toh 4 saal ka ho gya hai lekin 3 saal bad bhi app bba complete kar sakte hai 4 saal ke liye apka mba 1 saal ho jayega or 3 years ke liye 2 year jaisa rehta hai too konsa better hoga or 1 saal me mba ke liye ki SIBM, NMMIS, IIM's or dusre acche b school allow honge aur kya sir sare b school apna mba programme 1 year me shift kar rahe hai.

Ответитьये पलकी शर्मा इतना सही कैसे बोलती हैं !!??
ОтветитьSo lets go to the bottom. Are you happy with your job?
Ответить@anantha.chhajer I did my graduation in 2013 and currently working as a senior software professional . Now I wanted to prepare for CAT because getting in to IIms was my dream though I am a average student at academics
Though I have a decent job i wanted to have best education qualification which is the only way to enhance carrer. What do you suggest on this? Can i step towards IIMS at this time?
Thankyou so much this video , Ananta !
ОтветитьThis video was meant for the right audience, little did Ananta knew that people taking CAT are actually very naive to understand the depth of it. It should better be targeted to the students who are already in a B-school than the ones aspiring to be in one.
ОтветитьOnly IIM is not everthing in life i saw many people who earns 10 times more than IIM graduates though they pass out from tier-3 college still they earn in huge package(crore)
ОтветитьSuch a nice video . I also request you to make videos on marketing, FMCG, IT sector jobs after mba (packages and reality of those jobs)
ОтветитьTruely said
.... Hats, off
The video discusses the reality of high-paying jobs after obtaining an MBA from institutions like the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), shedding light on the dark side of work-life balance and stress associated with such roles, particularly in management consulting, investment banking, and finance. It emphasizes that while these jobs offer lucrative salaries, they come at the cost of personal life due to excessive work hours and intense pressure.
Key points:
1. **High Workload and Stress**: High-paying jobs demand an extraordinary level of professional commitment, often requiring long working hours (12-hour days, 6 days a week) that can lead to burnout and health issues. The culture within these industries glorifies long hours as an accomplishment, contributing to the problem.
2. **Impact on Personal Life**: The intense workload affects personal life, with individuals often sacrificing personal commitments for professional success. Prioritizing personal life over career advancement is viewed negatively, perpetuating a toxic work culture.
3. **Team Dynamics**: The work environment significantly influences job satisfaction. Positive team dynamics can mitigate the stress of long hours, while a toxic work culture exacerbates it. Toxic workplaces can lead to mental health issues and a high turnover rate.
4. **Academic Achievement Pressure**: Employees in high-paying firms are typically academically accomplished, driven by a need to excel. However, this pressure to perform at a high level can contribute to a toxic work environment.
5. **Individual Choices**: It's essential for individuals to assess whether these high-paying roles align with their values and personal priorities. Choosing a career path solely based on salary and prestige may lead to dissatisfaction and burnout.
6. **Long-Term Perspective**: Aspirants should not be swayed by short-term goals during placement season but should instead focus on long-term career satisfaction and personal well-being. The emphasis is on finding a role that aligns with one's personality and values rather than succumbing to peer pressure or societal expectations.
In conclusion, the video urges viewers to consider the trade-offs associated with high-paying jobs after IIMs, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and prioritizing personal well-being. It advocates for a shift in mindset from solely pursuing professional success to valuing personal happiness and fulfillment.
The summary encapsulates the video's main points; however, for detailed understanding, watch the entire video.
out of context request😅Can you please make a video or write a community post recommending good books to read.
ОтветитьBro do iims value bpo job?
ОтветитьIn MBA what is the difference in role we get from top iims as compared to colleges like tapmi in marketing like nestle its goes iim ahmedabad as well as other tier 2 as well as tier 3 colleges so what is the difference between placements apart from salary
Ответитьmale general catg 10th 75%/12th 86% , CA completed first attempt not a rank holder have a idea of CAT 24 what are my chances for IIM ABC what min %ile recuired?
Only thing I'll say is you can be easily replaced by your firm within 1-2 months
But for family you are irreplaceable
Keep this in mind while working for long hours
Bhaiya, in which company are you in?
ОтветитьCan u please make a detailed vdo about finance field jobs please 🥺
ОтветитьAny non corporate job we have from iim?
Ответитьmost consulting jobs are run by fuckers
ОтветитьI joined Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 2021 delhi 99.98%ile ur cat leaving a central government job of 2 yr work ex, being glorified to study at that top b school, 3 months down the line i pressed quit button. EVERY LINE SAID IN VIDEO IS SO TRUE EVEN TODAY. Placement com and senior talk like trash they make us sleep just 3 4 hrs simply because that's how work culture is. 2023 I joined public sector bank as officer, yes i earn just 70k in hand but i am happy atleast and i have 0 liabilities
ОтветитьHow do you suggest to manage this? I have a goal of pursuing mba in finance and ultimately a goal to work in the bfsi sector and hence how'd you suggest one can maintain a good work life balance?
ОтветитьThanks a lot bhaiya for raising this.
While everyone always share attractive packages on social media, I hope this kind of awareness becomes just as vocal in our culture.
Corporate won't care for you. They care for their profit. So choose your priority very wisely.
ОтветитьThis is truth😊
ОтветитьWhat is the meaning of this video? Should cat aspirant stop preparing for cat exam? Or cat exam should not happen anymore 😂😂😂😅
ОтветитьMai ja rhu cat exam ki preparation chodne aur cat exam bhi band hona chahiye due to high stress working hours after iim placement jobs 😅😅😂😂
ОтветитьI will think about work life balance once i get into BCG, bain or mck.
