There's nothing in protein that will or won't make you fat .... mass gainers have more calories. More calories will mean you gain weight. If you want to "get thicker " it has nothing to do with protein and everything to do with what you do in the gym lol. Don't be one of those girls who doesn't understand nutrition or biology. I’m a baby dancer but I at lease want to know how to pole for entertainment so I won’t have to get naked .
