What other 4WDs do you want us to torture test and review like this? Let us know!
ОтветитьReal man test drive
ОтветитьAwesome review except for calling it Izuzu when the 2 letters are clearly different.
ОтветитьBit late I know but I just bought an x terrain but doing a fair bit of work to it. Had a PX3 Ranger and found it to be far too fragile for offroad work.
ОтветитьScientists ai should learn how to drive with the driver. Not driver learn how to drive with computers. Don't like fight the steering wheel. These features I find dangerous. Maybe the average driver should learn how drive. I feel the drivers seating is design for a female. And I am a small to average man. And I personally find this silly for a tough truck don't ya think. No insult to the ladies not all ladies are size 6..
As a roadie and sound engineer for 20+ years a massive upgrade to sound system. Loud in the cab great quality of sound as well. And has really good balls at the bottom end for factory standard. Thank you for listening from 2018 model.... impressive difference nice...
Remember you're not just buying a car, you're also buying a relationship with Isuzu Utes - that's not a great idea.
Ответитьjust wondering how 1 year difference can be new vs old? only 1 yesr apart 😂
ОтветитьTo be honest the New D-max is the most beautiful compared to all the rivals especially white and orange one
Ответитьis it okay to upgrade the aftermarket suspensions to a 2 inches lift with 285/70r17 tire? or stay on stock? any advice sir? pros and cons sir
Ответитьnot sure if you will see this as it is somewhat old but I am looking at a second-hand DMax 2020 but stated as MY21. looking into the year models they seem to go 2019 MY19 to 2022 MY21. Pics look like the Dmax 2021 shown, but are you able to advise if the New one is the MY21 and the old is th MY19
ОтветитьAU
ОтветитьThere is one issue with the Rear Diff Locker and that is that the wiring is in a spot that can potentially get ripped out by a stick etc. GMF have a protection plate you can install as well as a cabe protection plate as well for better support like the transmission etc can be protected
ОтветитьI rather prefer a old honest isuzu, with a lock diff, forall terrains than a new one who might be alittle bit better on suspension fine tuning , but essentially way away, from the off road capabilitys from the old one, with a tiny little bit more power.....thats not worth it to waste money for. Because it is. A complete differ ballgame. And especially absolutey not speaking for a purchase from the newer ones is, the disgusting modern killing CO2 clima hysteric tests, because the rules are the following. the newer versions you buy, the more they uses bad engine clogging and destroying
exhaust tecnologies where the engines getting more and more unreliable and losing imense power and reliability for a co2 clima fairytale. Believe it, the older your car in the 2000 up to 2019 is, the longer ot will last and use way more less plastic trash parts as well. Unfortunately even by the world best Manufacturer Toyota.
Trash
ОтветитьFucking language! It’s like swallowing your own tongue.
ОтветитьI got MY22.75 Dmax Xterrain… after 1,900 kms and 2.5 months. The CV boot is broken and lump sum of grease just came out and sitting on the control arm. 2 Isuzu dealership aren’t keen on checking and helping me out, have to wait a week to be checked.
ОтветитьIn my opinion the best-looking Pickup on the market, even compared to the new Ranger. And it also feels good off the road.
Ответитьi am nissan np300 person but if i had to pick. would pick bt50. yes ford rager looks nice. but cost of the rager u can get a ram or base modlel y62 . hilux use to be over ute not it the ranger 70g for ute lot money
ОтветитьNew subscriber here, but already a subscriber in your facebook page. Just hoping you could make a review on the new MU-X 4x4 same review plssssss sir
ОтветитьDoes the new isuzu X Terrain come in manual transmision
ОтветитьThe new chassis sits like 2 inches lower than the old chassis in the mid section and scrapes when in ruts
ОтветитьI'm very happy with my 2008 RC Colorado (4jj1 engine). I've got good tyres and just put an auto lokka in front (it has rear LSD). I maintain it myself. I bought it in 2012 for $24k. It has no depreciation.
ОтветитьGreat test. No bla on how this looks or that. Driving off-road, yeah, that’s what we wanna see. Thanks.
ОтветитьLovely car especially fi given how expensive Toyota hilux is
ОтветитьWas it ever aupee uncomfortable
ОтветитьGreat so the new IZUZU model beats the previous model, that should be expected I would’ve thought
Ответитьwhat spec tyres are on this?
ОтветитьI can’t drink that much
Ответитьwhat kind of tires are those?
ОтветитьThank you. Finally a review that actually covers most of my questions. The CarAdvice etc reviews were rubbish in comparison.
ОтветитьThe only thing I don't like about all the extra safety features i.e the lane departure assist is that you have to turn the setting you want off every time you restart the ute. Definitely needs an update so it stays off until you want it on again
ОтветитьIs the ADAS bothering you during off-road?
ОтветитьI love this channel love the stuff you guy do, differently the education in need! thanks lad's....
Ответитьwhat tyres are they?
ОтветитьYeah yeah… can’t wait for my new D-MAX😀
Ответитьyou little legend. sick of watching these shitty reviews where they worry more about comfort and engine noise.
ОтветитьDoes the new isuzu came with a 1.5 cabin
ОтветитьThis test is fake
ОтветитьI know this is year old now but it looks like you boys got some of the zr2 parts on the dmax now! I don't know what that upper control arm is though. I'd be willing to bet the aftermarket zr2 suspension parts would bolt right in
ОтветитьI don't see no torture test.
ОтветитьDoes the 4j3 have port & direct injection to clean the back of the valves or direct only?
Ответить$63,000 dollars USD, Isuzu thank you for discontinuing all your passenger vehicles sales in the US. For the same money you can own a full size 2022 Toyota TRD with 437bhp & 583ft lbs torque with feature and comfort that this little mid size toy could ever imagine. With of course the very best in the industry reliability & dependability and the highest resale value of any vehicle produced. Yep Aussie keep your baby toy truck we American Men will keep our San Antonia built American made Toyota Tundra!
ОтветитьJust bought a Isuzu vecross 2001
ОтветитьCongratulations for this top complete review !! ;-) Very difficult to NOT buy one now !
ОтветитьUltimate diesel tuning is in Brisbane? Sweet. I'm in the market for a new dual cab 4WD ute and the Isuzu D-max x terrain is sitting in my number 1 spot on my list at the moment. I know where I'll be taking my new 4WD once I get it for a tune up. Thanks to 4WD 24-7 for helping me out with your videos. I've had a heck of a time trying to choose the best dual cab 4WD for my needs. The D-max is looking more and more like the winner to me.
Ответитьbeen looking for a new 4wd for about a year now and this dmax is really peaking my interest. i hate the safety tech however i do not like the idea of being babied by my car. if i get one all the safety tech will be disabled 24/7 (talking mainly IDAS)
ОтветитьExcellent review, one of the best on here. I have had a 2012 LST from new and it has been rock solid, love the thing.
I thought I wouldn't need to buy another ute but, yeah, I want a new one!
Can anyone say what tyres they were running on these. Thanks.
