Amritsari Chole Bhature Recipe | Tips for Fluffy Bhatura | अमृतसरी छोले भटूरे | Chef Sanjyot Keer

I made this recipe .. and the expected color was indeed there, even though I didn't use an iron kadhai.

But the chole tasted a bit bitter - maybe I added a little extra ajvaaein before onion.

So I asked my mumma and she said, ajvaaein before onion can be totally avoided.

Rest it looked scrumptious! 😊
