How To Recover Restricted LinkedIn account/when or why your LinkedIn account is restricted?

someone please help me!!!! when i try to login to my account asks me to verify if i'm a human via selecting a picture. then ask me to add my mobile number to send a code and they never send it. when i try multiple times it says limited attempts and try later. then i tried with forgot PW and verify my identity with persona. when i tried that there was an error then i thought its something to with my ID so today i tried to give my passport but comes as you have requested already and try later. I need my account back. its so frustrating that i have no way to contact a help team.

So after much trouble my LinkedIn account was released from restriction although I still not told why I was restricted. Anyways I was able to interact with linkedinhelp on their Twitter account.

Admin account has been restricted from linkedin and linkedin has continued restrictions on admin's profile. from the same page they have created company page and had single admin to them. now as account has been restricted , they are unable to access the company page too on linkedin. can you plz suggest the best way to give admin access to another person from directors
