You can feel the tension when Mr. Clinton said things that the View didn't expect nor wanted to hear:
~"I sleep better now" (they were hoping for him to say he couldn't sleep after Trump got re-elected. That backfired on them)
~"I believe Trump won the election fair and square" (you could see their reaction with the snarky remark of "You think?!")
~"Without evidence, I can not make a charge" about Trump not winning the election fair and square. (A teachable moment for the View for sure).
~His valid points about rural America, cultural factors that rural America tends to have conservative views, and how folks are having open discussions about the "pink elephant" (topics that people try to avoid but are necessary to discuss in a logical and intelligent way, instead of fighting/arguing/blaming like the View tends to do)
