Hamza is pretty much a 4th* older brother to me at this point

I watched the whole video hamza I’ve been on my self improvement journey for a month now journaling, meditating, reading, working out, Muy Thai im slowly losing interest in the instant gratifications and loving life more I am still struggling with internal issues self esteem but I won’t give up and doing the hard work when I don’t feel like it has helped me grow so much I’m actually gonna go workout right now even though I don’t feel like it!

I agree with everything but the timetable, that may be useful for some but I do agree with having structure, try and keep yourself busy with stuff like runs and walks and going to the gym, which in turn builds good habits aswell as keeping you away from your phone, but above all just remember times passes anyways, and do the hard work even when you don’t feel like it.

Thank you Hamza, you’ve change my thinking and way of life. All the best 🫡

I have Friends that I play video games with but even though I don’t want to completely cut them out I’ve reduced my time on games dramatically I’ve cut out corn and I’m going to the gym more I ain’t perfect but I’m trying my best now thanks hamza
