ОтветитьI have been getting extreme cramps at night in this muscle and my toes. It is the worse pain I have ever had!! Any idea what is causing this while at rest? I wish I knew what to do about it. Massage is not helping, last night was unbelievably bad. Any advice?

ОтветитьI recently had mild shin splints on my right shin that I recovered from easily in about a week and a half. I believe it was caused by hiking in the wrong shoes. Well I just went hiking yesterday and now my anterior tibealis muscle feels tight and sore. Just putting this out there in case you have a possible explanations of what might be going on and what would help

ОтветитьHi from Portugal, thanks for the video. I developed foot drop due to this muscle losing completly the strength. I Have already started at a local fisiotherapist my recovery process, but extra exercises for future use are always welcomed. Are theese massages adequate for recovery, can I press hard on the muscle?
ОтветитьI have pain on inside of my shin it pains while running ,playing soccer it's been like this for 5 months but whenever I rest for like 2 weeks or so the pain just goes away but once I start running again it won't pain for a day but the next day again while running it starts paining

I have thank god been back to training for 5 months but now bloody shin splints have flared up....thanks for the tips they help a bit. I have to be patient!! I’m just tryna run 5 miles a day it’s all I want god! Maybe. The odd 10 miler too ;)

ОтветитьI tried this and it was a miracle becuase normally I try to massage with my hands and then my hand hurt so the foot idea was cool and it helped! Also I ahve been running bad working out a lot
