I think it's not quite responsible to cut short on the risks of CfD trading (e.g. overleveraging and at least also covering a loosing scenario).

You can only lose the amount you put in, most brokers close out your position before you run out of collateral to stop spiralling, I dont think robinhood does this though as they are trash

Sorry,if I understand this is same as call options or put options? you pay a certain amount to own the stock at a strike price and you can exercise call if price goes up right? but you’re not obligated to. Can someone please say if thats right?

If you are not aware of the magnified losses and the potential of stop-outs then you will inevitably be in trouble. I suggest trying out a demo account first and seeing how it goes from there. There's another word for CFD, it's Gambling.

Basically betting that a stock will rise or fall. If you win the bet you get the difference of how much you paid.

The Entire market is rigged and it does not favor the mediocre investor. For now i focus on Forex and i have been doing really well using a strategy taught to me by a friend, The Huon Fresne Strategy is great and i make Thousands of dollars weekly with it, google it.

I have only had good experiences using them.
