How To Compile And Install Gunicorn On Windows

Finally found that Indian guy that solves all of my problems

I tried on windows 10 but I got
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fcntl'
I stackoverflowed it and they say this package 'fcntl' is unix only :(

How would you reset gunicorn after making changes to a file? I can't seem to find any info on it
