Dual Sim or Hybrid Sim

Can you use 2 different sim cards from different suppliers and swith between the two?

Does hybrid still work tho on tab a7 but for like calling and stuff

I have Hisense Infinity Rock H40, with Hybrid slot, but S2 never worked, Its the second time owning these Headsets but all of them had the same issue. How to activate Sim 2?

The hybrid doesn't absorb the expanded storage into the phone it is portable correct?
