srcds -game csgo -tickrate (TICKRATE) -console -usercon -maxplayers_override (MAX PLAYERS) +sv_setsteamaccount (STEAM KEY) +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2



Note:

* More players and higher tickrate requires both a fast(er) computer and more bandwidth. 10 players at 64 tick is a good setting for a simple casual server.
