You should try a cleansing oil Emma. You just massage it for 30 sec into your skin and then dissolve it with water. Followed by a washgel to remove everything. Double cleansing is the Best. It's far more efficient than micellar water. A lot of Korean brands have cruelty free and vegan products.

The sound of the plane overhead is actually quite soothing! I used to live near an air base and since we moved away it's become sort of comforting to hear planes on the rare occasions we're near flight paths!

Not sure if this suggestion would work. But would you consider a cooking episode? Making something small and easy. A dessert maybe? Or maybe make a cup of tea instead. An art/craft you like to do or share. Little crinkle bags in any form are always accepted.🤗 As are the cotton rounds. Even you sharing things like in this video are nice and soothing. I like the airplane sounds.

Currently pregnant with my second baby and looking after my first one who isn’t very well. I’ve been watching your videos for about seven years and they have been a source and comfort and strength through the hardest moments of my adolescent and now adult life.
