ОтветитьI find the exercises where we move our heads from side to side sooooo hard! I can manage the ones where you focus on one spot no bother…….I’m sure practice will eventually make perfect🎉🎉!

ОтветитьIt was a challenge after hve concussion my balance not very goid but I managed abt a 6 trying the 20 miniute one as well
ОтветитьI love your workouts. I just finished the balancing act exercise, I feel so much better and didn’t realize my body needed this attention. I have tinnitus so this might help me out with my balance. You are so inspiring on what you do. Thank you very much.

I am 66 and have noticed I am losing confidence in my balance of walking in bush etc. I managed without the chair and completed each exercise (some with a little wobbling) so feel pleased with myself. Love your videos and the fact I can pick and choose each day. Haven’t progressed to the 30 minute ones but have done several of the 15 or 20 minute walking ones. Love them!!

ОтветитьThese exercises seem so easy but when you do it they are really challenging! Didn't know my balance was so bad. I'm 68 and never lost my balance but I'm going to do these exercises every day. Thank you Shellea!

ОтветитьWhat I like about these balance exercises is that you feel your muscles burn not only in your legs but also butts, glutes and arms. It definitely hurts so good. Thank you. I love this video and the soothing music 😊
