when i click on the charecter there is no selected parts its just one big thing

After clicking on the amature to copy the textures on the animated character, it doesn’t show me the head and all the other parts as name to click. Any thoughts on this?

How do you make it so its one picture

This is such a great tutorial! I'm just having an issue with replacing the materials, when I try to change the head/hair/face to the correct material, it only displays the texture of the body on the face/head. So basically I get the jersey on the model's face and hat. Does anyone know how to fix this?
