Look, it's all BS! I'm sure I got permanently banned for Zen and CrosshairX but of course when I ask they wont tell me exactly what. I removed them when i was shadow banned first but i guess it didn't matter by then. They should at least give you opportunity to correct violation and 2nd chance. Most ppl don't think they're serious and I'm sure would correct issue once realized. I'm sadden I'm unable to play MW2 or III now. All because of one of those.

i made a new account and did well and got 12 kills and went from rank 1 to 11with some looted blue prints i found and as i was shooting at last guy in the game i got disconnected and could not find another game ever again. made another new account and and did well and went from level 1 to level 8 and got disconnected as i was shooting a guy and now i cant find a game again. this is really frustrating because im just trying to grind to level 45 to go and play ranked but game will not work ... i can not find any game ... does = shaddow banned? Another part of my problem is that also i was playing through blizzard so when i try to log in to activision is still wont log in so i cant even see if i actually am banned

I got banned permanently and someone hacked my account i cannot unlink my battlenet or xbox account from activision so not only is my account shutdown but i cant even restart on a new account, do i have to make an entire new xbox live account and battlenet to play again??????? because i cannot unlink the previous banned xbox and battlenet from my activision. i made a appeal a ban they denied me and closed the case. i did account recovery and they wont help me at all.
